Discussion Forum |

A fully featured Discussion Forum to support threaded discussion forums. Discussion threads can be setup to be moderated by different users, and the administrator has full control of the user permissions and access. |
Document Database |

This allows administrators to upload documents to a website that can be categorised and made accessible for download and use. This allows for document templates to be centralised, providing accessibility and more importantly the ability to amend existing documents to replace out of date or incorrect information. |
e-newsletters |
|
The ability to create / manage and submit html (rich text with images) newsletters to a large collection of email addresses. These emails may contain images and attachments. This could be used in conjunction with a mailing list database where email addresses can be collected directly from your website. |
Event Diary |

A calendar and scheduling system for internal and external activities. If required, this module can also link up to a personnel database, and provide an overview of staff holidays, and sickness, helping with the day to day running of a company. |
Guestbook |

Users may submit a message for the guestbook. These messages can be moderated and amended if required. |
Links Management |

A manageable collection of web addresses with descriptions and titles. These links will then be displayed in alphabetic order on the website. |
Members Area |

A members area can be created allowing users to log in and access specific information or documents as managed through an admin area. Users can be predefined or users may register. All settings are fully customisable. |
News Feed |

A controlled environment to publish news. A personal admin area allows publish dates to be recorded - keeping news always current and news archiving is also available. Latest headlines can be displayed on your home page if required. |

Applications will be taken online and maybe include any details required. CVs may also be attached with the users submissions online. Applications may be collected from the admin suite or may be emailed to specific control email addresses. |
Opinion Polls |

Opinion polls not only keep web users or staff interested in your system, but they can also provide an effective method of resolving company side issues. Opinion polls could be created on the fly from the admin area, and closed when required. User responses could then be reviewed. Upon voting the user would be presented with a graphical display of the current poll statistics. |
